![]() For over 50 years railway modellers and narrow-gauge enthusiasts around the world have mourned the demise of EGGER-BAHN's unique HOn30 gauge industrial trains from Germany. Back in the mid-' 60s this tiny narrow gauge system, in 1:87 scale but running on 9mm track, enlivened many a standard gauge HO layout as a fascinating addition to the »full size« operations. Now, five decades after the end of production, more and more narrow-gaugers are combing the Internet for surviving examples of the EGGER-BAHN models they once had (or wished they had.)
